Why we hold it
To capture motion from your video, to let you edit and export it, to bill for usage, and to keep the service secure and working.
Footage of people
Video of a person is personal data in most jurisdictions. Upload footage only where you have the right to do so, and make sure the people in it know their movement is being captured.
Retention and deletion
You can delete source footage and generated motion from a project. Retention for processed assets is configurable on your workspace; deleted assets are removed from active storage and fall out of backups on the backup cycle.
Transfer and access
Data moves over encrypted connections. Projects are private to your account and the people you invite. Team permissions control who can view, edit and export.
Processors
We use infrastructure providers to run the service. They process data on our instructions and are listed in the agreement shown at sign-up.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests are made from inside the app so we can verify who is asking.
